About Me

An unashamedly aspirational "Millennial" with old fashioned values and a complicated relationship with technology. I love what it can do for my clients and their customers, but don't always use it myself to its full potential!!

My role involves three key components:

1. Understanding my client's requirements, goals and drivers to identify whether our solutions fit their business and technical needs. Shaping vision and challenging assumptions at this stage is critical to getting the right answer for both parties.

2. Defining and executing an engagement strategy with internal and external stakeholders to enable full benefit realisation of the solution, within the right delivery and commercial framework.

3. Continuing adding value to the client with the aim of building a truly "strategic partnership" between the two organisations.

This approach has generated sustainable, value-driven relationships with large financial services organisations for 15 years.

This success is underpinned by a fierce "customer first" mentality and appetite to build mutually valuable relationships founded on trust, honesty and integrity with senior business, operations and technology stakeholders.

My mission is to deliver solutions that enable my clients to generate real value for their own customers by enabling them to use technology to differentiate themselves through world-class sales and service.

I look forward to connecting with you to share ideas, content and networks!!

There are two types of companies when it comes to #cybersec; those that have been hacked, and those that don't know they've been hacked!
