So Forrester have said BBVA has the best mobile banking app in the world. The UK banks seem - relatively - to lag behind. But I find myself asking, what makes a great mobile banking experience? I have two banking relationships in the UK (smile and Nationwide before you ask) and use the mobile apps for both. Aside from checking my balances and transferring money here and there, I don't use them for much else. Perhaps I'm just a huge laggard?!
Seriously though, what else makes for a great mobile banking experience?
